Orders and Delivery

Delivery Information

Orders placed on Moksyz can be delivered every day of the week. Delivery costs vary based on the selected service, item origin, and destination. Express delivery is available for most locations, while standard delivery is available in select countries. The available delivery options will be displayed at checkout.

We currently do not deliver to PO Boxes, Army Post Office (APO), or Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses.

Free Standard Delivery

For orders exceeding the following thresholds, we offer free standard delivery:

  • United Kingdom: GBP £400

  • United States: USD $200

  • China Mainland: CNY ¥2500

  • Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR: HKD $3000

  • Taiwan Region: TWD $10000

  • CIS Countries: USD $430 (full price only)

For orders exceeding the following thresholds, a lower express delivery fee is available:

  • United States: USD $200

  • Australia: AUD $300

  • China Mainland: CNY ¥1500

  • Hong Kong SAR: HKD $2000

  • Japan: JPY ¥28000

  • Republic of Korea: KRW ₩280000

  • Macau SAR: USD $150

Delivery Times

  • Express delivery (Most of Europe & US): 2-4 business days

  • Rest of the world: 3-7 business days

  • Standard delivery (select countries): 2-6 business days

Delivery times are estimated from the date of shipment and are subject to customs clearance and payment verification. Moksyz is not responsible for customs delays but will work to minimize any potential disruptions.

Orders may be delivered by various courier services, including DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, or DPD, depending on the destination.

Duties and Taxes

For customers in the following locations, duties and taxes are included in your order, meaning the checkout price is final:

EU (excluding Canary Islands), UK, USA, Canada, China Mainland, Australia, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Singapore, Republic of Korea, Kuwait, Mexico, Qatar, India, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan Region, Thailand, UAE, Japan, Brazil, Isle of Man, San Marino, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Egypt, Lebanon, Hong Kong SAR, Bahrain.

If ordering within your region, import duties do not apply. However, VAT or local sales taxes may still be applicable. In the UK, Canada, and the US, domestic taxes are determined and shown separately at checkout.

For Delivery At Place (DAP) destinations, duties and taxes are not included in the checkout price. These charges must be paid directly to the courier to clear customs. Customers are advised to check with local customs authorities for exact charges before placing a DAP order.

Orders that are seized or abandoned due to the following reasons will not be eligible for a refund:

  • Failure to provide necessary customs documentation in a timely manner

  • Refusal to pay customs duties and taxes

  • Unreachable customer resulting in failed delivery attempts

Delivery to the US

US customers ordering from international brands may be required to provide their IRS, EIN, or SSN for customs clearance. Typically, customers will have up to one week to provide this information before the order is returned for a refund.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Orders are processed within 2 business days, and a tracking number will be provided via email once shipped.

To track your order:

  • Registered users: Visit the "Orders & Returns" section in your Moksyz account.

  • Guest users: Enter your guest order details via our tracking page.

Shipping times range from 2 – 7 business days, depending on location and delivery method. Delays may occur due to customs clearance or failed payments.

If your order includes items from multiple locations, you may receive separate packages.

Cancellations

Customers may cancel their order before it is prepared for shipment. If an order is successfully canceled before shipping, a full refund will be issued, including any shipping fees.

To cancel an order:

  1. Visit "Orders & Returns" in your account (or enter guest order details if applicable)

  2. Select the items to cancel and provide a reason

  3. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is processed

If your order has already been shipped, we offer a free returns service. A full refund, including shipping costs, will be processed once the return is received and accepted.

Made-to-Order and Customized Items

Customized and made-to-order products can only be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order. Cancellation must be done via your account or by contacting our customer service team.

Due to their bespoke nature, made-to-order items have varying production times. Customers are encouraged to check product details for estimated manufacturing timelines.
