How to Shop and Place an Order?

I've forgotten my password, what should I do?

Click on the "Forgot Password" link on the Sign-In page and enter your email address. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

How do I subscribe to MOKSYZ email updates?

Enter your email address at the bottom of our homepage to receive updates on new arrivals, trends, and exclusive promotions. You can manage your preferences in your account settings.

How do I place an order on your website?
  1. Browse by category or use the search bar to find your desired item.
  2. Select the item, choose the size, and click "Add to Cart."
  3. Proceed to checkout, enter your details, and complete payment.
  4. You will receive an order confirmation, and we will send updates on your order status.
Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes, our Customer Support team can assist you with placing an order.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You can cancel an order before it is prepared for dispatch by visiting the "Orders & Returns" section. However, adding items to an existing order is not possible. You will need to place a new order.

What is MOKSYZ’s return policy?

You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Items must be unworn and in original packaging.
