Moksyz.com (“Moksyz”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is operated by Prime Elegant General Trading LLC - OPC, registered in the United Arab Emirates under Trade Licence No. CN-5209443 and Tax Registration Number (TRN) 105088814600003.
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Moksyz.com and any purchase made through the website. By placing an order through Moksyz.com, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions together with our applicable Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Shipping & Delivery information.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
1. General
1.1 Moksyz is an online retail platform offering fashion, accessories, jewellery, fragrances, beauty products and other lifestyle and luxury products from selected brands.
1.2 You must have the legal capacity required in your country of residence to enter into a purchase contract. Where permitted by law, a parent or legal guardian is responsible for purchases made by a minor under their supervision or authority.
1.3 We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect operational, regulatory, commercial or legal changes.
1.4 Updated Terms will apply prospectively from their stated effective date. Changes will not retroactively alter a confirmed order except where required by applicable law or agreed with the customer.
1.5 We reserve the right to refuse or restrict access to our services where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, misuse of our returns policy or violation of these Terms.
2. Products and Product Information
2.1 We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, colours, dimensions, materials and other information displayed on Moksyz.com are accurate.
2.2 Product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, photography, lighting, production variations or the characteristics of handmade products.
2.3 Certain handmade, artisanal, limited-edition or individually finished products may contain natural or production variations that do not constitute defects.
2.4 Product availability is subject to stock. Adding an item to a shopping cart does not reserve the product.
2.5 If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may cancel the affected item and refund the amount paid for that item.
3. Prices, Currency and Taxes
3.1 Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the selected market or website experience. The final currency and amount payable will be shown during checkout.
3.2 UAE prices may include applicable VAT where required.
3.3 International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges or other government charges imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly stated at checkout that such amounts are included, they remain the responsibility of the customer.
3.4 Moksyz may change product prices at any time before an order is confirmed.
3.5 A price change after an order has been accepted will not affect that confirmed order, except in the case of an obvious pricing error and subject to applicable law.
3.6 Promotional codes, vouchers or discounts must normally be applied during checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
4.1 Placing an order constitutes an offer by the customer to purchase the selected products.
4.2 Receipt of an automated order acknowledgement does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.
4.3 An order may be subject to stock confirmation, payment authorization, fraud screening and other reasonable verification procedures.
4.4 We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before fulfilment where reasonably necessary, including where:
- the product is unavailable;
- payment cannot be authorized;
- incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed;
- delivery cannot reasonably be completed to the supplied address;
- fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected; or
- fulfilling the order would breach applicable law or regulatory requirements.
4.5 If Moksyz cancels an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. Payments
5.1 Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on the customer's location, currency or device.
5.2 Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed unless another payment arrangement is expressly offered by Moksyz.
5.3 Payment processing may be performed by Shopify or other authorized third-party payment providers.
5.4 Customers are responsible for ensuring that all payment and billing information supplied is accurate and that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 Moksyz delivers within the UAE and to selected GCC and international destinations supported through our checkout.
6.2 Availability of international shipping depends on the destination being enabled for purchase at the time the order is placed.
6.3 Our current standard shipping structure is:
UAE: Free Standard Shipping.
Eligible GCC destinations: AED 50 Standard Shipping.
Other supported international destinations: AED 75 Standard Shipping.
The shipping rate displayed during checkout for the customer's actual destination will be the applicable shipping charge for that order.
6.4 Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation and payment verification.
6.5 Delivery times after dispatch depend on the destination, courier service, customs clearance and other circumstances affecting transportation.
6.6 Any delivery date or timeframe communicated by Moksyz or a courier is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.
6.7 International shipments may experience delays because of customs processing, public holidays, weather, courier disruptions or circumstances outside Moksyz's reasonable control.
6.8 Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, contact number and any other information necessary for successful delivery.
6.9 Where a shipment is returned to Moksyz because of an incorrect address supplied by the customer, repeated failed delivery attempts, customer refusal, or non-payment of applicable customs charges, reasonable re-shipping or recovery costs may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
6.10 Moksyz will not impose additional logistics charges that were not disclosed to the customer as part of the applicable order or checkout process, except where additional costs result from a subsequent request or action by the customer or are otherwise permitted by applicable law.
7. Returns and Exchanges
7.1 Moksyz offers eligible customers a 14-day return period from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
7.2 UAE Returns: For eligible orders delivered within the UAE, Moksyz provides complimentary return handling for approved returns, including eligible change-of-mind, size-change and exchange requests.
7.3 International Returns: Where Moksyz correctly supplied the product ordered and the international customer requests a return because of change of mind, preference, size or a similar customer-driven reason, the customer is responsible for the applicable return shipping costs.
7.4 International Exchanges: Where an international exchange is requested for a customer-driven reason, the customer may also be responsible for the cost of shipping the replacement product.
7.5 Moksyz Error or Product Defect: Where an item is received damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise supplied due to an error attributable to Moksyz, Moksyz will bear the reasonable applicable return and replacement shipping costs.
7.6 Returned items must generally be:
- unworn, unused and undamaged;
- returned with original tags attached;
- accompanied by original branded packaging, accessories, documentation and protective materials where supplied; and
- returned in a condition suitable for resale, except where the return concerns a genuine defect or non-conformity.
7.7 Certain hygiene-sensitive goods, including applicable beauty, cosmetics, lingerie, swimwear or similar products, may only be returned where applicable hygiene seals, safety seals and original packaging remain intact, except where the item is defective or applicable law provides otherwise.
7.8 Jewellery should be returned with all original packaging, certificates and documentation supplied with the item.
7.9 Returns that do not satisfy the applicable return conditions may be declined to the extent permitted by law.
7.10 Full return instructions and applicable exceptions are contained in the separate Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Refunds
8.1 Approved refunds will normally be made to the original payment method unless another lawful refund method has been agreed with the customer.
8.2 Moksyz will begin processing an approved refund after the returned product has been received and inspected.
8.3 Once processed by Moksyz, additional time may be required for the customer's bank, card issuer or payment provider to make the funds available.
8.4 Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable where a return results solely from customer preference or change of mind, except where reimbursement is required by applicable consumer law.
8.5 Where a return arises because Moksyz supplied an incorrect, damaged, defective or otherwise non-conforming product, the customer will receive the appropriate remedy and applicable shipping-cost treatment in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.
8.6 Nothing in this section limits any statutory refund, replacement, repair or compensation right available to the customer.
9. Order Cancellations
9.1 Customers should contact Moksyz as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.
9.2 If cancellation is requested before processing or dispatch has commenced, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order.
9.3 Once an order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be operationally possible and the customer may instead need to follow the applicable return procedure.
9.4 Any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights provided under the law applicable to the customer's transaction remain unaffected.
10. Pre-Orders
10.1 Products identified as pre-orders may be purchased before their expected release, arrival or restocking date.
10.2 Payment may be collected in advance where clearly disclosed at checkout.
10.3 Estimated availability and delivery dates for pre-orders are estimates and may change because of production, supplier, transportation, customs or other circumstances.
10.4 Once procurement, production or fulfilment of a pre-order has commenced, cancellation may be restricted where permitted by law.
10.5 If Moksyz is unable to fulfil a pre-order, the customer will receive the applicable refund.
10.6 Nothing in this section removes any refund, cancellation, replacement or other right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
11. Made-to-Order and Customized Products
11.1 Certain products may be manufactured, personalized or sourced specifically for an individual customer.
11.2 Any special price, production period, specifications and payment requirements applicable to a made-to-order product will be communicated before or during purchase.
11.3 Because such products are produced or customized specifically for the customer, they are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges once production has commenced.
11.4 This restriction does not affect rights relating to goods that are defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, materially non-conforming, or any other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11.5 Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming measurements, personalization details, specifications and other information they provide for a customized order.
12. Product Warranties and Defects
12.1 Any manufacturer or brand warranty applicable to a product will be governed by the warranty terms supplied with that product or otherwise communicated by Moksyz.
12.2 Where a product is defective or does not conform to the applicable order, customers should contact Moksyz promptly with the order details and supporting photographs or other reasonable evidence where requested.
12.3 Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement, refund or another legally available remedy.
12.4 Warranty protection does not normally cover damage resulting solely from misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized alteration, improper storage, neglect or normal wear and tear, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
13. Promotions and Sale Items
13.1 Promotional campaigns, sale prices and discount codes may be subject to additional terms displayed with the relevant promotion.
13.2 Promotions may have specified start and end dates, eligible brands, products, markets, minimum purchase amounts or other restrictions.
13.3 Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined.
13.4 A discounted or sale item remains subject to applicable statutory rights relating to defects, incorrect supply and non-conformity.
14. Fraud, Abuse and Return Misuse
14.1 Moksyz may take reasonable steps to prevent fraud, payment abuse, fraudulent chargebacks, resale abuse, excessive or abusive returns and other misuse of the Services.
14.2 Where objective evidence indicates misuse, Moksyz may restrict ordering privileges, refuse future transactions or close an account where lawful and proportionate.
14.3 Nothing in this section prevents a customer from legitimately exercising rights provided by applicable consumer law.
15. Intellectual Property
15.1 The Moksyz website, its design, layout, text, graphics, photographs, videos, software, logos and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.
15.2 Brand names, trademarks, product images and other brand-owned content displayed on Moksyz.com remain the property of their respective owners.
15.3 Website content may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, commercially exploited or used to create derivative materials without appropriate authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.
16. Third-Party Services and Links
16.1 Moksyz may use third-party services for payments, delivery, analytics, advertising, financing and other operational functions.
16.2 Links to third-party websites or services may be provided for convenience. Moksyz does not control independent third-party websites and their own terms and privacy notices may apply.
16.3 Nothing in this section excludes responsibility that Moksyz is required to retain under applicable law for services forming part of the customer's transaction with Moksyz.
17. Limitation of Liability
17.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Moksyz will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time of contracting and that do not result from a breach for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
17.2 Moksyz is not responsible for delays or failures caused solely by events beyond its reasonable control, provided that we continue to comply with obligations imposed by applicable law.
17.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability, remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
18. Privacy and Personal Data
18.1 Personal information is handled in accordance with the Moksyz Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.
18.2 Information may be shared with service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the website and complete customer transactions, including payment processors, Shopify, logistics providers, technology providers and customer-service providers, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

19.2 Customers should provide sufficient information to allow us to identify the relevant order and investigate the matter.
19.3 Moksyz will make reasonable efforts to review and respond to customer complaints promptly.
20. Governing Law and Disputes
20.1 These Terms & Conditions and transactions with Moksyz are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions that apply to a customer's transaction.
20.2 Subject to mandatory jurisdictional rights that may apply to a consumer, disputes falling within UAE jurisdiction may be submitted to the competent courts or dispute-resolution authorities in the United Arab Emirates.
20.3 Nothing in this section deprives an international consumer of mandatory legal rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived by contract.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply where legally permissible.
